Refund policy
At The Smart Sups, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Return Process: To start a return, email admin@thesmartsups.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will need to accept the return request — any returns that haven't gone through the process will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, or damaged item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If you are returning a product due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs if applicable.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and no refund will be processed.
