IS IT SAFE TO USE PRE-WORKOUT REGULARLY?
Yes, Unhinge pre-workout is formulated to be used as a daily supplement to enhance your gym or workout sessions.
ARE PRE-WORKOUT SUPPLEMENTS SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE?
Unhinge pre-workout is not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or individuals with sensitivity to caffeine.
WHAT ARE NOOTROPICS USED FOR?
Nootropic supplements help improve overall cognitive function, including productivity, creativity, memory, focus & learning. They also assist with regulating mood and stress, whilst boosting natural energy.
ARE NOOTROPICS A PLACEBO?
No. Studies have shown that nootropics do in fact have a positive effect on the body and have shown improved memory, focus and stress-induced deficits.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE ILLUMINATE?
The recommended dosage is one sachet a day. Preferably in the morning to feel the full effect.
IS ILLUMINATE VEGAN FRIENDLY?
Yes, it is made with all-natural plant-based extracts.

We ship our products worldwide, and we strive to charge any extra fees, duty or taxes at the time of purchase to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Please note that we cannot control custom clearance for any of our products purchased outside of Australia. We are not responsible for any extra fees/duty or taxes at customs and/or if an item doesn't clear customs.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you via email, or SMS to provide you with a tracking number and link.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If a parcel is deemed to be lost in transit, we will provide a replacement parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Our return process typically takes up to 7 business days from the time we receive the returned parcel, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We currently do not offer exchanges, but our return process is designed to be as easy and straightforward as possible. By returning the item and placing a separate order, you can quickly obtain the product you want.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
To initiate a return, please be aware that you will need to pay for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECIEVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
To ensure your satisfaction, we ask that you inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the items, such as defects, damages, or incorrect products. Our team will promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
